This upcoming/approaching/anticipated Annual Meeting/Gathering/Summit of the Raintree Lake Property Owners Association is set to take place on Saturday/Sunday, the sixteenth/the twenty-first of July/August. Residents are encouraged/invited/urged to attend and participate in this important event. The meeting will be held at the community center/ clubhouse/ lodge at 6:30 PM, providing an opportunity for homeowners to discuss/debate/share pertinent matters affecting our community.
A variety of topics will be covered/addressed/discussed, including budget updates, infrastructure/property improvements, and upcoming events/initiatives/projects. Refreshments/Snacks/Food will be provided, and a Q&A session/open forum/discussion period will be held to allow residents to voice their concerns/share their input/ask questions. Greetings fellow residents! It's time for our monthly summary of happenings at Raintree Lake. We have some exciting announcements to share this month, including the completion of the new playground area. The kids are already enjoying the climbing equipment, and we've had lots of positive feedback from our residents.
Furthermore, we want to remind everyone about the upcoming community gathering on August 27th. It's going to be a great opportunity to socialize with your neighbors and enjoy some delicious food and fun activities.

- Ensure your property in a presentable condition at all times.
- Parking is restricted to designated areas only.
- Animals must be kept on a leash when outside of your residence.
- Social Events of any size should obtain prior approval from the Raintree Lake Management.
